Shared projects & tasks
Tasks stay private unless you explicitly share them. Personal tasks cannot be shared.
Projects
Create a project and add teammates who already have an ActionHub login.
Only the project's creator can add members. Linking a task to a shared project makes that task visible to project members; using the ordinary Project text field alone does not.
Share an individual task
Invite someone to view or update the status of one task, without sharing the rest of your list.

Active tasks
✎ Drag a column heading to reorder it, or use ☷ Columns to show and hide fields. Dates use DD/MM/YYYY (Australian format). Click any task field to edit it directly. Use ▸ Details beside the task name to expand remarks and next actions. Changes are saved automatically. Click a summary card to filter the register (this does not delete tasks). Use Show all tasks to reveal hidden or completed items. Undo reverses your last saved task change. · 🔒 Tasks sync securely to your Supabase account. Changes pending during connectivity problems are saved locally until sync succeeds. Export a CSV backup periodically.
